DWI Lawyer in Dallas - Questions

When does a license suspension start after being charged with DWI, and is there anyway that a person can prolong the suspension?

Everyone charged with DWI should be provided with information that states that the license will be suspended on the 41st day after the arrest. However, if that person requests an ALR hearing within the 15 day time limit, the license will not be suspended until the hearing is conducted and then only if the hearing regarding the officer's probable cause is lost.
